Featuring: Neukom Farms black bean, corn, tomato and rainbow quinoa from Blue Lake patty, a bun from Josh Fox Bread, Olivia Lopes Farm poblano peppers, Happy Hearts Farms assorted peppers, Flora Organica lettuce, Papa Wheelies pickled onions and our housemade sauce with red bell pepper, olive oil, lemon, apple cider vinegar, cashews and garlic.
